KNEE, Lucy Hannah – Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving niece Karen Sheppard, at the Health Sciences Complex, on January 18, 2012. Predeceased by her parents Captain Percy and Ethel Knee, sisters Nellie, Megan, Annie Maude (Oliver Sheppard) and grandchildren Barry, Joanne, and Bobby. Celebrating her life, brother Job Knee (Viola); sister Mae (Charles Andrews, Wesleyville); six nephews, two nieces, and their families: Gary, Randy, Bill, Betty, Chris, Maxine, Harry, and Edric; close friends and neighbours of Bishop Meaden Manor: Jane Guest, Stella Reid, Brenda Carter, and all others; and special friends Peter and Jeanette Harvey, and Jim and Ena Parrott. Lucy was so blessed to be a loved member of the Burton family for 71 years. Emily (Burton) Ryckman, her daughter Jodi, and grandchildren Nicole and Michael will always love “Deuty” just like a Mom. A memorial service will be held at St. Thomas’ Anglican Church on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with reception to follow at Cannonwood Hall.
