MURPHY, Thomas (Francis) – Passed away peacefully at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Thursday morning, January 19, 2012, at the age of 89. Left to mourn their sad loss his wife, Lucy, children: Bride (John); Agnes (Robert); Thomas; Michael (Lyla); Wayne (Valerie); Theresa, Verna, Terry and Lisa; 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; sisters: Jenny and Cecilia; brothers: Dennis and Anthony (Anita), as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at St. Francis Xavier Church, Long Harbour. Visitation Saturday and Sunday 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Church.
