RICHARD, THÉRÈSE - 1921 - 2012 Thérèse Richard, 90 of Résidence Au Benaise, Saint-Antoine and formerly of Sainte-Marie de Kent, passed away peacefully at the Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital University Centre, Moncton on Saturday, January 21st, 2012. She was married to the late Gerard Richard (2002). Born in Sainte-Marie de Kent on August 16, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Évangeline (LeBlanc) Robichaud. She will be sadly missed by her eight children; Noella Allain of Moncton, Corrine LeBlanc (Laurie) and Clarence (Gail) of Lunenburg, Mass., Anise Robichaud (Clarence), Ronald (Ella) and Aris (Doreen) of Fitchburg, Mass., Roger (Rose) of Ashberham and Maurice (Rita) of Leominster, her nineteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren and two step grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn one brother Josephat (Bessie) of Cocagne, one very devoted niece, Phyllis, a special friend Jeannita and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one granddaughter, Nancy, her three sisters; Edmire, Irène and Hattie and seven brothers; Pierre, Télex, Ovila, Gerard, Léo, Henrie and Emerie.
Visitations will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie de Kent on Tuesday, January 24th, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Church in Sainte-Marie de Kent on Tuesday at 7:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
