Sept. 27, 1939 – November 26, 2009. With the heaviest of hearts and the deepest sorrow, we announce the sudden passing of Howard John Brinston aged 70 years. Howard passed away at his home in North Harbour on November 26, 2009. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving wife of 36 years Marie; Sons: Trevor of North Harbour. Troy and wife Terri of Ft. McMurray of Alberta and Trent of North Harbour; Daughters: Joyce Brinston (Steven Boudreau) of North Sydney, Jennifer and husband Ronald Barrett of North Harbour and Jessica of North Harbour. Sister: Marcella (Ralph Lush) of Trinton, Brothers: Eric and wife Madonna, Ivan and wife Ethel and Charles of North Harbour. Grandchildren Kyle, Dylan and Jack plus a large circle of family and friends. Funeral service was officiated by Rev. Don Stoyles from Bethel United Church on Monday, Nov. 30.
