WOOD, Michael A. – 41, of Parrsboro passed away tragically on Friday, January 20, 2012 near Parrsboro. Born in Parrsboro, he was a son of Croyden and Frances (Gilroy) Wood, Parrsboro. He is survived by his wife, Tanya (MacFarlane) Wood, Parrsboro; sons, Grant and Keith, both at home; a sister, Patty Wood, Moncton; brothers, Arnold (Janet), Parrsboro; Bentley (Paula), Porter’s Lake; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Also, deceased was his brother, Croyden “Boo” Wood. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday [January 25, 2012] at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro. Funeral for Michael and his brother Croyden will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday [January 26, 2012] in Trinity United Church, Parrsboro, Rev. Tory Byrne, Rev. Greg Doyle and Rev.
