NYBORG, GRETA - Mrs. Greta Nyborg of New Denmark passed away at the Victoria Glen Manor, Perth-Andover on Sunday, January 22, 2012 at the age of 92. She was the wife of the late Aninus Nyborg. Born in Denmark, Europe in 1919, she was the last surviving child of the late Anton and Laura Johanne (Jeppesen) Bach.
She is lovingly remembered by sisters-in-law, Elaine Bach and Constance Hanson, nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends. She was a special beloved aunt of David. She was predeceased by brothers Christen, Peter, Ova and Earling Bach and sisters Anna Justesen and Ellen Johansen.
Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. Her funeral service will be held Thursday, January 26th at 2 p.m. from O'Regan’s Funeral Home, Grand Falls, with William Bryant and Albert Clark officiating. A reception will follow at the Grand Falls Curling Club. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, New Denmark in the spring.
