It is with sadness that the families of the late Pearl Rebecca Cooper announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre on January 24, 2012 at the age of 82 years. Pearl is predeceased by her husband, Sam; son, Don; daughters, June, and Marion; brothers, Scott, and Hayward; sisters, Joan, and Mildred. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are daughter, Katherine (Robert) Snow of ON; grandchildren, Sam, Cindy, Cathy, Richard, David, Frank, and Rob; great-grandson, Alex; sisters, Lillian, and Geraldine; as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The visitation took place Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 7-9 pm Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. The funeral service was held Friday, January 27, 2012 at 2 pm from The Salvation Army Park Street Citadel with Major Owen and Sharon Rowsell officiating.
