Passed peacefully away at Harbour Lodge, Carbonear, NL on Monday, November 30, 2009, Edna Frances Legge, aged 55 years. She was the daughter of Pearl LeGrow (nee Legge, nee Rowe) and the late Harold Legge, both formerly of Heart’s Content. Leaving to mourn besides her mother, her brother Douglas (Daphne), Dartmouth, NS; nieces: Heather (Keith) Moore, Rothesay, NB, Penny (Peter) Flewwelling and Susan (Jason) MacLeod, both of Dartmouth, NS and step-sister Joan (Rex) LeDrew of St. John’s, NL, along with seven grand nieces: Amy and Erin Moore, Allison and Nicole Flewwelling and Jessica, Ashlee and Hailee MacLeod. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Rd. Visitation on Thursday, December 3rd, from 7-9 p.m. Funeral to be held at St. Augustine’s Anglican Church, Westerland Rd., St. John’s on Friday, December 4th at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Edna’s memory may be made to Harbour Lodge Auxiliary, Carbonear, The Vera Perlin Society or a charity of one’s choice.
