On November 6, our family was deeply saddened when God called home a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Our lives have been forever changed. We would like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who offered their sympathy and support during this difficult time. Special thanks to Doctors Hussein, Ansari and Ritter for the dedicated care given to our loved one. Thank you also to all the staff and nurses at the C.B. Cancer Centre, 4B and Palliative care at the C.B. Regional Hospital, Glace Bay ICU and Dr. Ley. Thank you to Fr. John Melnick SSA, a very special nephew who traveled from Kansas to be with us. His prayers and beautiful Funeral Mass brought us so much comfort. Our thanks to V.J. McGillivray Funeral home, pall bearers, readers, servers, St. Joseph\'s Ladies Choir and CWL for the lovely reception after the funeral. Thank you to all who sent food, mass ans sympathy cards, emails, and charitable donations in memory of George. Your kindness touched our hearts. God bless you all.
