DORIS MARGARET BELL July 11, 1919 - November 14, 2006 It is with sadness we announce the passing of our mother Doris Bell at Royal Inland Hospital on November 14, 2006. She is survived by her children George (Sandy) Bell, Penny (Denis) Jacques, Bob (Maureen) Bell and Pat (Donna) Bell, grandchildren Ken, Tom, Trevor, Tracey, Bob, Michelle, Nicole, Pat and Sean and great grandchildren Amber, Tyler, Deni, Chelsea, Trent, Kyla, Brittany and Brianna. She was predeceased by her husband William Bell. Mom was born in Hampton, Middlesex, England and came to Canada as an infant, growing up on a farm in White Rock, B.C. Mom and dad married August 16, 1941 and lived on Vancouver Island, Surrey and the last 12 years of their retirement in Kamloops. Prayers will be recited on Friday, November 24, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Avalon Surrey Funeral Home, 13288 108th Ave., Surrey, B.C. Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 25, 2006 at 12 noon at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 10460 139th St., Surrey, B.C. Graveside service will be held at Valleyview Memorial Gardens, 14644 72nd Ave., Surrey, following the reception. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Society of Canada, 118 Victoria St. North, Sarnia, Ontario, N7T 5W9.
