Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family on November 30, 2009, age 64 years of Chamberlains, CBS. Predeceased by his parents Ed and Hazel, brothers: Dave and Hayward and his son Eddie. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories daughters: Tina, Connie, Andrea (Dwayne), Danielle; step-son Jody; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters and a large circle of relatives and friends.
