We, the family of the late Violet (Sissie) Strong, wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all, for your support and kindness shown during this difficult time. To friends and neighbors who sent food, sympathy cards, memorials, and charitable donations, we are grateful. Thanks to St. Leo’s choir and soloist Kirk Neville. Special thanks to Dr. Spencer, Palliative Care, VON and the Cancer Centre Staff for their care and compassion. Very special thanks to her nurses, Sheila Gardiner, Carol Strong, Nicole Wilcox and especially her daughter- in-law Sabrina Strong, who took such good care of Sissie throughout her illness. Thank you to the staff of Curry’s Funeral Home for their professional service and St. Leo’s Ladies Auxiliary for providing the beautiful lunch after the service. We are grateful to everyone who helped in our time of sorrow.
