Margaret Robinson August 10, 1931 - December 16, 2006 Margaret left this earth peacefully on the 16th of December just after midnight, surrounded by her family. Marg was a devoted mother and family member. Margaret was born in Regina, SK in 1931, moving to Lynn Valley at the age of 13, where she lived until 1959. Margaret and George brought their family to Kamloops and made this their home. Over the years Margaret loved living in Kamloops and raising her five children here. Margaret was part of the executive member of the Auxiliary to the North Kamloops Volunteer Fire Department and worked at the City of Kamloops for many years in the Bylaw Department. Margaret was predeceased by her son David, brothers Oscar, Allan, Walter, Ernie, Bob and her parents. She will be sorely missed by her family, especially her children, who always knew they came first in her life and were loved very much. Margaret is survived by her children, Kathy (Grant) of Vernon, Wendy, (Doug) of Cloverdale, Bruce of Kamloops, Kandy (Pete) of Fruitvale, her grandchildren Bonnie, Tiffany, Meghan, Hayley, David, Amy, Allison and Emma and great grandchildren Canyon and Lucky. She is also survived by loving family, Brigitte Wittal, Jean Wittal, Leonard (Edna) Wittal, Elsie Ring, Elsie (Howard) Alton, Trudy Wittal, Norma Wittal and Sue Steli. A Celebration of Margaret's life will be held in the Schoening Funeral Chapel on Friday December 22, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Patricia McColl officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation, 311 Columbia Street, Kamloops, B.C. V2C 2T1 in memory of Margaret.
