Dr. MELANSON, JEAN-LOUIS - 1933 - 2012 - Dr. Jean-Louis Melanson, Oncologist, 78, of Barrie, ON. passed away February 1, 2012 in Toronto after a lengthy illness. Born in Memramcook, NB on October 25, 1933; he was the son of the late Jacques (Jim) and the late Lea (Boudreau) Melanson. He is survived by his wife Marjorie (MacDonald), sons Michael of Arizona, Stewart of Toronto and Paul of Ajax, ON.; sisters Maryse (Arman) Topakian of Montral, QC., Jacqueline Cartwell of Princeton, New Jersey; brothers Leopold of Seaforth, ON., Laurier and Raoul (Cheryl) of Riverview, NB.
Funeral service was held in Ajax, ON. and burial in Cornwall, ON.
