After a lengthy battle with cancer, surrounded by his family, at the Palliative Care Unit, Community Hospital, O'Leary on Friday, December 4, 2009, of Stephen Gerard Jeffery of Roxbury, aged 45. Born at Alberton, on July 19, 1964, the son of the late Billy and Barb (Lynch) Jeffery. Beloved father of Katlyn and Vicki. Cherished grandfather of Dominic and Lillie. Loving brother of Bernard (Beverly) Jeffery, Carleton Lot 6; Geralda (Paul) Wood, West Cape; Kevin (Tina) Jeffery, West Devon. Brother-in-law of Joyce Jeffery, Portage. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents and brother Tony. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel O'Leary with visiting hours Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Monday until 10 a.m. then to St. Anthony's Church, Woodstock for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Parish Cemetery. Memorials to St. Anthony's Cemetery or Community Health Foundation (Palliative Care Unit) would be greatly appreciated.
