Emily Mary Coates - 56 of Davidsville passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander. Predeceased by her father; Albert Hart, sister; Verlie Hart Coles and beloved and loving husband; Francis Coates. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her 4 sons; Alvin (Karen) of Horwood, Junior (Wanda) of Davidsville, Corey (Maureen) of Davidsville and Deion (Tanya) of Gander, daughter; Mae (Tony) of Clarkes Head, 10 grandchildren; Kayla, Justin, Ashley, Tyson, Amy, Tyrone, Codie, Carson, Tiffany and Brittany, 3 great grandchildren; Miles, Tristan and Celena, her mother; Irine Hart of Davidsville , 4 brothers; Edgar (Rita), Claude (Verna), Riley (Tanya) all of Davidsville and Roger (Penney) of Musgrave Harbour, 7 sisters; Vivian (Scott) of Carmanville Dulcie (George) of Musgrave Harbour, Hilda (Garry) of Alberta, Carol (Paul) of Kitchner, Ont., Wavey (Elvis) of Frederickton, Debbie (Leroy) of Noggin Cove and Joanne (Calvin) of Valleyfield, 3 brothers-in-law; Alfred (Elsie), Matthew (Ivy) and Gord, sister-in-law; Grace (Howard) ,life long friend; Gertie Bauld of Davidsville and a large circle of other family and friends. Funeral service took place on February 8 from St. David’s Anglican Church, Davidsville with Rev. Yvonne Thistle officiating. Interment followed from the Anglican cemetery, Davidsville.
