ARTHUR MARTIN DOWNIE It is with great sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Arthur Martin Downie on Thursday, December 28, 2006. Art was born on September 15, 1933 in Calgary, AB, son of Delores and John Downie, and is survived by his younger brother Harvey (Gloria). Art will always be remembered for his devotion to wife Bea. Together they raised four children, Laura (Joe), Debbie (Rob), Greg (Jan), and Hilary (Eric) and will be sorely missed by his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A celebration of Art's life will be held at the OAPO Centre in Sorrento, B.C. on Sunday, January 14, 2007 from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
