MARSHALL, FRANCES VIOLA - With sadness the family announce the passing of Frances Marshall which occurred at her residence on Wednesday February 15, 2012. Born 1916 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late William and Leda (Lohnes) Weir. Frances was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She loved to knit and spend time in her garden. She is survived by her children Elizabeth “Betty” Fortune of Saint John, William “Bill” Marshall of Guelph, ON, Joan (Walter) Clements of Cape Breton, NS and Charles “Tod” (Florence) Marshall of Mount Hebron, NB; grandchildren Wayne, Paul, Greg, Frances, Gerald, Mary, Tammy and Tod; several great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Charles Marshall, brothers Harold, John, Hazen and Ron and her sisters Muriel and Leda. Special thanks to Dr. Smolinski and the ladies of Extra-Mural, especially Pam Cooke for the wonderful care you have given to our mother.
