BURRELL, ALBERT “SKIP” VICTOR - Albert "Skip" V. Burrell of Lake George, NB passed away unexpectedly on February 16, 2012 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born at Fredericton, NB in 1960, he was a son of the late Albert and Marjorie (Humble) Burrell. Skip was employed as a heavy equipment operator with C.D. Pond Contracting and he loved to go to work each day. He enjoyed snowmobiling and drives on woods roads with his friends and especially with his son Ethan. Albert is survived by his wife, Carolyn (King); one son, Ethan, at home; three sisters, Hazel Ridley (David), Fredericton, NB, Jenny Williams, Kingsclear, NB and Amy Burrell (Henry), Gagetown, NB; three brothers, John Burrell, Peter Burrell and Joseph Burrell, all of Kingsclear, NB; several sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins and his best friend, Darroll Anderson (Laurie), Lake George, NB.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 20, 2012 at 1 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with The Rev. Fr. Kevin Borthwick officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. Pallbearers will be Terry Anderson, Shawn Anderson, Michael Williams, Carl Pond, Joey Cleghorn and Lawrence Cleghorn. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Skip, the family has suggested the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation.
