JANE MACKAY January 8th, 1924 - January 24th, 2007 Jane Mackay, 83, passed away at Royal Inland Hospital on January 24th, 2007. Jane is survived by her son David; daughter Sandy; and three grandchildren. Jane was born in Winnipeg in 1924 and attended St. John's High School. She met and married her husband Iain in 1954, and the couple eventually settled in Kamloops in 1965. Jane loved to dance, but she most enjoyed activities with her children and spending time with her friends and family. She was a long time employee of Woodwards before suffering a stroke in 1980. Jane was a warm, generous wife and mother who touched many with her kind heart, spirit and grace. She was greatly loved and she will be sorely missed.
