HIEBERT On March 4, 2007 Mr. Nickolas Walter Hiebert passed away peacefully with his family by his side. He was predeceased by his loving wife Eloria, his brothers Abe, John and Dick and his sister Kay. Nick leaves to cherish his memory his daughter Karen (David) Lindsay of Logan Lake and his son Daryl of Kamloops; his grandchildren Chad, Brett and Amber Lindsey. He also leaves to cherish his memory, his sisters Mary (John) Robertson of Thunder Bay, Ontario and Myrna Dureau of Woolsley, Saskatchewan and his sister in law Lil Hiebert of Calgary. After retirement, Nick enjoyed curling in various leagues and volunteering at the Kamloops Wildlife Park running and helping maintain the Heritage Railway. The family would like to thank the staff of Royal Inland Hospital, the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home, Dr. A. Burris, Dr. E.C.R. Wijeyesinghe and all the care givers involved. Also special thanks to Barry and Judy Brown for their caring and compassionate friendship through out the years. A time of fellowship and memory sharing for family and friends will be held at Nick's home on Saturday, March 10, 2007 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Should friends desire donations to the Kamloops Hospice Association, 72 Whiteshield Crescent South, Kamloops, B.C. V2E 2S9 in memory of Nick would be appreciated. Forever in our hearts and memories!
