Kuntz, Gerald Joseph
passed away February 15th, 2012.
He was born on April 22, 1931 in Teeswater, Ontario. Predeceased by his parents, Harold and Edna, his brother Nelson, and sister Laverne. Survived by his wife Giselle, and
his children Monty, Sheila(Bob), Christopher(Stephanie), Timothy, Diane(Dan) and Bruce. Dear brother of Clair (Leigh), Rita, Marjorie, Blanche(Gil), Marianne(Steve) and Joyce (Aiden). Loving grandfather of Christopher, Jeremy, Zoe, Leo, Cole, Katie, Kaila, Nicolas and Breanne.
Uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to his nieces Kathy, Carmen and Liz, Drs. Cranston, Rothorn and Fothergill, the nurses at Squamish General Hospital, and Heidi at Hilltop for their kindness and support.
Gerry retired from Woodfibre after 23 years. He loved to garden, play hockey, cards and guitar, sing and entertain his many firneds. His passion was Karaoke and was well known as Gerry-O-Kee. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Chieftain Hotel in Squamish on March 24th, 2012 from 12-5pm. Friends are welcome to celebrate and share memories with the family.
