WESTVILLE – Joan “Audrey” MacDonald, 73, Westville, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012 in Riverview Adult Residential Centre.
Born in Westville, Audrey was a daughter of the late George and Mildred (MacLeod) Wright.
Audrey was a personable lady and always had a witty remark and sweet smile.
She is survived by a daughter Lesa Richardson, Dartmouth; grandchildren: Sarah, Halifax; Amy and Ryan Richardson, Dartmouth; a son George and grandson Geoffrey, Ontario; great-grandchildren: Tyler, Landon and Amber; and brothers: Hughie (Anna), Caribou River; Edward (Pat), Calvin (Audrey), Alex and Carl (Kim) Wright, all of Westville.
Audrey was predeceased by her husband William “Bill’; a son Clarke; sister, Betty Slaunwhite and infant brothers and sister, Irwin, George and Doreen Wright .
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 12 to 1:45 p.m. at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville, followed by her funeral service at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Jeff Lackie officiating. Burial will be in the Auburn Cemetery.
