RAPHAEL It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Julia Raphael, presently residing in Vernon, B.C., formerly of Lytton, B.C. While surrounded by family, Julia passed away peacefully at the age of 77 at Vernon Jubilee Hospital on March 11, 2007. The family would like to thank Dr. Mandreek for his unwavering and heartfelt care he provided for the past 29 years. We would also like to thank Dr. McLeod, Dr. Armanious, Dr. Suan Medynski, Dr. Azad, Dr. Hooper and all other health care professionals that provided mom with quality care.
