It is with great sadness that the family of the late Calvin Thomas Kettle announces his passing on Wednesday February 29, at Dr. Charles L Legrow Health Center at the age of 64 years. Born at Channel, Calvin was the son of the late Llewellyn and Eileen Kettle. He was also predeceased by his father and mother, in law Hilda and Wilson Walters. He leaves to mourn with many fond and precious memories his wife Lorraine Kettle (nee Walters). Loving father of Glenn (Denise) Eastern Passage NS, and Wendy (Dean) Gibbons Alberta. A proud poppy and grandfather of his three precious granddaughters; Christena, Tamara, and Theresa. Dear brother of Howard (Pat) Victoria BC. He will also be sadly missed by his sister in law Linda (Bob) LeRiche Port aux Basques, nieces and nephews Karen, Dwayne, Nikki, Danny, and extended family members of the Gaulton family. Visitation took place on Thursday and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at East Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services took place on Saturday March 3, 2 PM at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Grand Bay officiated by Rev. Louise Richards. Interment followed at St. James Anglican Cemetery, Barachois Hill. Donations in Calvin's memory can be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church Memorial Fund.
