Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, St. John’s on Thursday, March 1st, 2012 Llewellyn Hollett, age 97, born in Harbour Buffett, Placentia Bay.

Predeceased by his wife Susan, daughters Edna Irene, Deborah Ann, sister Emily, brother George, grandson Claude.

Left to mourn with loving memories are sons Wally (Iris) of Quispamsis, NB; Stan (Mabel) of Harbour Buffett, Gordon (Marguerite) of Corner Brook, Calvin (Myrna) of Gander, Derek (Myrna) of Bathurst, NB; daughters Muriel of Gravenhurst, ON; Madeline (Jim) of Parry Sound, ON; Joan (Scott) of Niagara-on-the-lake, ON; brother Albert (Dorothy) of Arnold’s Cove, sister-in-law Pearl of Noyan, Quebec, 24 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends.

Rested at Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral service was held Tuesday, March 6th at 2:00 P.M. from St. Martin’s Anglican Cathedral. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. Hollett’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Central Northeast Health Foundation (James Paton Memorial Health Care Center, Gander)
