Peacefully, with her family by her side, at the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge in Eldon on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, of Marion Cooper (nee MacLure) of Eldon, in her 89th year.
Wife of the late Max Cooper. Dear mother of David (Glenda) and Maxine (Garth) Holmes. Loving Nana to Randy (Beth), Bobby (Carolyn), Debbie (Jeff) Beck, Stephanie and Tyler Holmes, Alycia, Dylan, Halle, and Mia Cooper, Quintin and Milla Beck. Sister of Hazel MacPherson, Bertha Peters, Mary (Wally) Johnson, Sally Clarke and Carol (Frank) Vernese. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Edith Balderston.
Resting at Ferguson's Montague Funeral Home until Thursday, then to St. John's Presbyterian Church, Belfast, for funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment later in the Belfast Cemetery. Visitation: Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
