Passed away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 4, 2012, at the age of 76. Predeceased by her parents Loretta and Robert McNiven; brother Edward and wife Rosemary; and sister Christine and husband Wayne. Leaving to mourn her husband of 51 years, Cecil; children: Terry (Karen), Madonna, Bob (Mary), Linda Williams (Chris), Cecil (Tracy), Ann Marie (Hubert), and Elizabeth Reelis (Kevin); grandchildren: Rachel, Melissa, Ariel, Michael, Emily, Rebecca, Sydney Rose, Daniel, Cameron, Klaire, and Andrew; brother Bob (Geraldine); sisters: Betty, Kay (Paul), and Eileen; special friends Paula and Bill Rees, and Emma Reelis; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of the CCU Unit at St. Clare’s for their care and kindness. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Rd, on Tuesday from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 11 a.m. from Mary Queen of Peace Church, Torbay Road, with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
