BENNETT 1912 ~ 2007 Elsie Maria Bennett of Kamloops passed away on April 21, 2007 at 94 years of age. She is survived by her loving daughter Susan (Jim) Smart of Kamloops; grandchildren Lisa, Angela, Kris, Jaime, and Niklas; great grandchildren Maia, Grayson and Tias. She is also survived by her sister Sylvia Cretelli, nephews Ken (Janet) Cretelli, Gerry (Gail) Cretelli, and Ray (Shirley) Cretelli, and families. Predeceased by her husband Tom Bennett and her daughter Carol. Elsie was a warm, loving, generous, Mother, Wife, Grandmother and Great Grandma. Born in Salmon Arm, she then moved to Vancouver where she met and married her soul mate Tom. This began her adventurous life as an army wife. Elsie met each new challenge throughout her life, with courage and dignity. Elsie will be deeply missed by all those who loved her. A Memorial Service will take place at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at the Kamloops Funeral Home Chapel.
