Peacefully Frank passed away in his sleep and went home to be with the Lord on December 7, 2009 in his 70th year.
Beloved husband and “BEST” friend of Marlene. Dear father of Ron (Anna) of Toronto, Paul of Belleville, David of Greenwood, NS and John of London. Loving grandfather of Joey. Brother of Robert (Doreen) of Moncton, NB, John (Karen) of Stellerton, NS, Mary Turner of Pictou, NS and brother-in-law of Ruth Noble (Bob) of London.
Predeceased by daughter Anne, his first wife Kay and his parents Bart and Margaret Penney of Stellerton, NS.
Frank served in the RCAF with the Military Police for nearly 30 years. In keeping with Frank’s wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of his Life will be held at The Berkshire Club, 500 Berkshire Dr., London on Sunday, December 20, 2009 at 1 p.m. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Milton.
