JENKINS, Gordon W.L. – 83, passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2012 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital after a short illness. Born January 5, 1929 in Cardiff Wales, U.K., he was a son of the late Harry and Olive Jenkins. Gordon was an electrician with CN working on the Bluenose and the Evangeline. He is survived by his son, Dale (Donna); grandchildren, Matthew, Montreal; Heidi, Plymouth; great granddaughter, Haley. He was predeceased by his wife, Annabelle (Lowe) Jenkins. At Gordon’s request, there will be no funeral service or visitation. An internment will be held in the spring. Donations in Gordon’s memory may be made to the Red Cross.
