Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9th, 2009, age 49 years. Predeceased by brother Joe Whalen. Left with fond and loving memories husband David Byrne; sons: Shane Byrne (fianceé Danielle and granddaughter Abigail), Corey Whalen (girlfriend Lisa, three children) and David Byrne (wife Corina and granddaughter Elizabeth); mother Teresa Whalen; brothers and sisters: Greg Whalen (Carol), Larry Whalen (Alice), Paul Whalen (Patsy), Doris Hussey (Robert), Nellie Murphy (Lawrence), Ron Whalen, Rose Snook (Hubert), Teresa Fifield (Joe) Bob; sisters-in-law: Diane Whalen, Patricia Martin (Ernie) and Linda Shannon (Peter); brother-in-law Bobby (Dolly), as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road, Saturday, December 12th from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday, December 13th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Funeral service on Sunday, December 13th at 2 p.m. from Caul’s Chapel.
