It is with great sadness that the family of the late HELEN O’KEEFE of Jean de Baie announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on Friday March 23, 2012 at the age of 64. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Partner Levi Scott of 28 years; Sons Karl (Celistino OH) of Yellowknife, NWT, Wade (Annie Brake) of Mortier, NL, and Keith (Sophia) of Brampton, ON.; Daughters Sheri (Paul Hollett) of Jean de Baie, Colleen (Herbert Barry) of Jean de Baie and Anna (Mike Power) of Dartmouth, NS; Sisters Susanna (David) Drake of Burin, Kathleen (Barry) Hickman of Jean de Baie, Mary Jo (Tom) Molloy of Jean de Baie and Georgina (Robert Mitchell) of Epworth; Brothers Adrian (Debbie) Farrell of Little Bay, Dominic Farrell (Donna Young) of Little Bay, Kenneth (Violet) Farrell of Little Bay, Howard Farrell (Marge Clarke) of Little Bay and Kevin Farrell (Arlene Wyse ) of Ontario; 7 Grandchildren Haley, Cody, Tanner, Nathan, Chloe, Carley and Owen; Plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Pre-deceased by Husband Patrick O’Keefe and Parents John & Anastasia Farrell.

Funeral Mass took place at Sacred Heart RC Church in Marystown on Monday March 26, 2012 at 10:30am. Interment followed at Star of The Sea RC Cemetery in Jean de Baie. In Helen’s memory, donations may be made to the O’Keefe Family. No flower by request of the family.
