The family of the late Lewis Andrews would like to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all whose acts of kindness, love and support, helped greatly to ease our sorrow brought on by the passing of a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother.

Thank you to Dr. Murphy and staff of the Renal Clinic; also nurses of the ICU who took wonderful care of Lewis during his short stay. A special thank you to the nurses of Public Health Blood Services, especially Andrea Briffett, for their exceptional care and concern. A special thank you to Rev. Thomas for the wonderful service.
