At his home in Belle River on Friday, December 11, 2009, of Donald Arthur MacLeod, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Joyce (nee Beaton). Loving father of Ann (Kenneth) Mutch, Earnscliffe; Fred (Judy), Belle River; and Scott, Belle River. Cherished grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Brother of Sam (Audrey), Nova Scotia and George, Montague. Special uncle of Tony and Jerry Wiles. Predeceased by his parents Malcolm and Mary (MacLennan) MacLeod, brother John and sisters Esther Wiles and Ethel MacDonald. Resting at Ferguson’s Montague Funeral Home until Sunday, then to Wood Islands Presbyterian Church for funeral service at 2 pm. Interment in the Belle River Cemetery. Visitation: Saturday 2-5 p.m. only. If so desired, memorials to the Oncology Department of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Montague Home Care Equipment Fund, or Belle River Cemetery would be appreciated.
