BOWRING, Paul Derrick — Died at the age of 93 years on Thursday, December 10, 2009 at home in Topsail. Predeceased in 1990 by his beloved wife, Moira Gordon. Veteran of the Second World War, 166th Royal Artillery. Much loved father of David, Paula (Templeton), Vivian (Pallard) and Norman; brother of Sonia Prentice (England); grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 11. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17. Reception to follow in the church hall.
