WEST, Art – Passed away at St. Clare’s Hospital on Sunday, December 6, 2009, in his 64th year, William Arthur West of St. John’s. Predeceased by his mother Elsie and grandparents George and Lucinda Richardson. Cremation has taken place with inurnment at the Family Plot at General Protestant Cemetery, Old Topsail Road.
