Agnes (MacLeod) Matheson, 75, of Baddeck, N.S., passed away March 26, 2012, at Victoria County Memorial Hospital.
Born in Spring Hill, Victoria County, she was the daughter of the late Lexina (Lexie) MacLeod.
She was a member of Glen Valley United Church.
She will be sadly missed by her loving family. She is survived by sons, Alfred, Baddeck, Monty and Norman, Big Farm Road, Bruce (Sonia), Halifax; daughters, Mable, Sydney, Florence Ryan (Robert), Hunters Mountain, and Josephine, Cornwallis, N.S.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd and her son, Lloyd Jr.
Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of MacAskill Funeral Home, Baddeck.
Visitation was held Thursday, March 29 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Glen Valley United Church. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., today (Friday), March 30, 2012, with Rev. Louis Ihasz officiating. Burial to follow at Harbour View Cemetery.
