Oulton, Guy Edgar
1930-2009
Baie Verte - OULTON, Guy Edgar, born March 17, 1930; passed away
peacefully in the home he was born in Baie Verte, NB, with his family
by his side.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Wendy (Mountain); son,
Shawn Oulton (Michelle Myers), Eastern Passage; Erin (Oulton) Allen
(Jason Hamel), Amherst; six grandchildren, Jerrick, Jordan, Austin,
Shelby, Olivia and Cash.
He was predeceased by his father Edgar Oulton, mother Helen (Strang)
Oulton, and brother Donald Oulton.
Guy, “The Fonz”, will be sadly missed by many members of the
community, and remembered for always being there to lend a helping hand.
The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to Colleen, and the
rest of the nurses with Extra Mural, for their support and guidance as
we helped Guy on his courageous journey home.
Cremation has been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, Sackville, NB.
In respect of Guy’s wishes, no funeral service will be held. A
memorial will be held on Monday, December 14, at the Tidnish Bridge
Community Hall, from 6-8pm. We ask that family and friends join us to
share stories and celebrate Guy’s life with us.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Guy’s memory to the
Canadian Cancer Society.
He will be missed and forever loved.
