ALLEN GEORGE CANADAY April 4, 1947 - July 8, 2007 It is with sad hearts that we announce the loss of Allen George Canaday on Sunday, July 8, 2007. Predeceased by his mother, Francis Lemay, father-in-law Don Kennedy, brothers-in-law: Danny and Gary Kennedy and sisters-in-law: Merle and Rhonda Kennedy. Al will be missed by Lois, his wife of 36 years, his daughters Michelle and April, his son Robert and grandchildren Kohl, Raven, Dakota and Ayiana. Al's loving father, Larry Lemay, will miss him deeply along with brothers: Gordie (Sue), Donny and Eric (Rhonda) and his sisters Audrey Michaels and Louise Hendricks. Al will also be lovingly remembered by his mother-in-law Teresa Kennedy, brothers-in-law: Rick (Yo), Terri (Sherri), Michael (Anne), Donny and Darrel Kennedy (Cora-lee) and sisters-in-law: Laurie and Norma Kennedy (Jim). Al was a spirited, loving, kind and giving man, who had a boisterous laugh. Through his storytelling abilities, he leaves with us, many tales of his life and those who were apart of it. He lived his life to the fullest, making each day count and touched many lives with his humor and compassion. He will be sadly missed. A Memorial Service will be held at The Kamloops Funeral Home on 285 Fortune, on Friday, July 13, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Transplant Society.
