Mr. Stone was a loving husband & dad, hardworking man, very proud of his kids & grandchildren. Adored anytime he got to spend with Tristan, whether it be talking or just listening. They got to spend a week together in February which just lit up both of their lives. Bragged about his Mountie girl, Kim to anyone who'd listen. Our father was not just a typical father, he was patient, soft spoken, brave, known for having a helping hand, and among other things our hero! Our father was a man who did what needed to be done to provide for his family whether it be long, cold lonely nights in Alberta or dangerous tough hours fishing off the Labrador waters. Even though he loved fishing in Labrador. Go and be with mom, dad. Together forever in eternity. Happy and looking down on us with smiles and pride! I know we've made you proud and we are proud that you are our parents. He leaves to mourn his loving family: children: Ron (Peggy), Tracy (Dave), Kim (Kevin) & Derek (Brandi); grandchildren: Ryan, Nikita & his best little buddy Tristan; siblings: Violet, Roy (Bonnie) & Gary (Isabelle).
