TAMMY LEE STENE-ARCAND
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of our Kokum, mother, wife, sister, aunt, daughter, cousin, niece and friend at the age of 44 years. Tammy was born on June 16, 1965 in Prince Albert, SK and left us on Saturday, December 12, 2009. She was a very loving and caring person to all the people she came into contact with throughout her short life. She was very proud of her grandchildren and children. She always loved and helped many people in need, especially in helping the sick and needy. She was all love and will be sadly missed. Tammy is survived by her loving family: her husband Dale; her daughters Aleyna (Dallas), Anna (Harley), Alexiner and Amena; her grandchildren Coraal, Coal, Jacob, Isabella; her father Wayne (Maggie); her father-in-law George Arcand and her mother-in-law Theresa (nee Roy) Arcand who passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2009; her grandmother Florence Brown; her brothers Arnold (Maxine), Rheale (Tamena), Carmin, Allister (Jennifer); her sisters-in-law Jenny (Darrel), Hazel, Audrey, Georgette; her brothers-in-law Brian (Shannon), Chris (Donna) as well as numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Ernestine (nee Brown) Stene; her sister-in-law Joy Ann (nee Mcloed) Stene; her grandfathers Ernest Brown and Leonard Stene; her aunt Linda (nee Brown) Weaver. Prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 16 from River Park Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Margaret Ferchuk will officiate. Wake service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 17 from the Kitsaki Hall, La Ronge, SK. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18 from All Saints Anglican Church. The Right Reverend Bishop Charles Arthurson and Reverend Father Gary Smalldon will officiate. Interment will take place in the La Ronge Anglican Church Cemetery.
