Jean V. Rude (nee Boussad)

Jean was born at the Boussad family farm home in the Leinan district. She completed normal school at Regina, received her teaching degree, and started teaching at various one-room school houses across Southern Saskatchewan. She was predeceased by her dear husband Arnold Rude in 1989, son-in-law Tom Wolfe in 2005, and numerous relatives and relatives-in-law. She is survived by her daughters Joanne (James) Wiebe, Marilyn Wolfe, grandchildren Dee-Jaye (Blair) Doucet, Jade and Amber Wolfe, great-grandaughters Ariana and Tabitha Doucet, members of her departed siblings' families and husband Arnolds extended family. Special thanks to Doctors' Young and Valchenova and the care providers at Prairie Pioneer Lodge and Palliser Care Centre who made these last few years comfortable for Jean.
