At Edmonton, AB, on Sunday, April 15th, 2012, of William R. "Dagger" DeCoste of Edmonton and formerly of Charlottetown in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Gertrude (nee Martell) DeCoste. Dear father of Emily (late Newman) Wight, Georgetown; Patricia (David) MacLeod, Bonshaw; and Cindy (Andrew) Sage, Charlottetown. Grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Also survived by brother Ralph (Eva) DeCoste , Chilliwack, BC, and his aunt Ruth A. Vessey of Charlottetown. Predeceased by his parents Bill & Pearl DeCoste; son, Billy; grandson, Tyler Wight; brother Vince and sisters Pauline and Theresa. Cremation has taken place in AB. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud.
