The death occurred at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008, of Eric Martin, of Summerside, aged 84 years. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, he was the son of the late Murdoch and Alice (Logan) Martin. Survived by his wife Florence Chubb-Martin, Newbury, Vermont; a son and two daughters in Ontario; step-sons Don and Kevin; and by a step-daughter Gayle. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside.
