At the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, April 19, 2012, of J. Edward Andrews of Margate aged 88 years. Born in Hope River, Feb. 18, 1924, son of the late James and Elsie (Somers) Andrews. Husband of Dolly (Cole) Andrews. Father of Grant (Marlene), Spring Valley and Lee (Brenda), Margate. Grandfather of Mary, Brian, Lisa, Nicholas and Crista. Great-grandfather of Cole. Brother of Eileen Arsenault, Charlottetown and Fred (Linda) Andrews, Stratford. Brother-in-law of Charles (Jessie) Cole, Spring Valley and Brenton (Virjene) Cole, Spring Valley. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother George Andrews, brothers-in-law George Arsenault, Myron, Leamon and Delmar Cole and sisters-in-law Gladys Mill, Hilda Duggan and Ruby MacLeod. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Monday evening from 6:30-9. Funeral Tuesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Margate United Cemetery.
