(nee Carroll) of Tilting, Fogo Island, passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, February 28, 2008 in her 79th year, in the presence of her loving family. Predeceased by her loving husband Mark; son Stephen and grandson Paul. Leaving to mourn her loss and cherish her memory are her children: Mary Jones (Roy), Pat (Diane), Joan Foley (Frank), Marie Foley (Chris), Gerard, John (Laurie), Rita Reardon (Gerald), Mark Junior (Angela), Bertha Penney (Keith) and Rick (Sharon); 24 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Also leaving sisters: Joan Tarrant, Agnes Reardon; and brothers: Wilbur Carroll (Geraldine), John Carroll (Barbara). Funeral arrangements to be announced in the near future.
