Passed away Friday, December 18th, 2009 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Frederick Llewellyn Mitchell, at the age of 85. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Hilda; children: Ruth Barkhouse (Wayne), Eric Stone (Donna), Phyllis Basha, Cynthia Stone and Sandra Ward (Mark); 12 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; sister, Mary Morris; sisters-in-law: Rhoda Mitchell and Theodora Mitchell, as well as a large number of nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. The funeral service will be held Monday, December 21st, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. from St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church, Curling Street, Reverend Karen Laldin officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street, on Saturday from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church Memorial Fund or a charity of one’s choice.
