FENTON, Wilma Leora – 75, Yarmouth, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2012 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born September 28, 1936 in Shelburne, she was a daughter of the late Florence Wilson. Leora enjoyed doing puzzle books. She is survived by her daughters, Leora May (Perry) Owen, Yarmouth, and Linda Ann (Thomas) Goodwin, Cape Sable Island, as well as by grandchildren, Trisha Dawn Owen and Eric Raymond Owen. Also surviving are brothers and sisters, Helen, Washington; Charlie, Toronto; Florence, Violet, Arthur, all of Yarmouth; Earl, Kentville. Aside from her mother, she was predeceased by her husband, Victor Fenton; a son, Victor Fenton Jr; sisters, Joyce, Laura and Emma. Visitation took place from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 24 at H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert St., Yarmouth, after which cremation took place. In accordance with the family’s wishes, there was no memorial service.
