Lorene MacKenzie, Marilyn Baillie, Helen Morrison, Marilyn Campbell, Lucy MacKinnon and Theresa Arsenault will forever be in our hearts for the love they showed our mom.
Joanne graduated from the Cape Breton Business College, then worked for the Department of Health for seven years before dedicating her life to raising her family and volunteering. She canvassed many years for the epilepsy, lung, heart, arthritis and cancer associations. She was a very involved CWL member of Our Lady Of Fatima parish and also sang in the senior choir. Throughout her time, she had a love of playing the piano, achieving a grade 7 Royal Conservatory as well as being a competitive bowler and graceful skater.
